Durable protective finishing and flawless aesthetic appeal for your custom metal components.
Electrostatic powder coating is the most reliable method for protecting metal surfaces against corrosion, wear, and mechanical damage. At ClimaDistribution, we operate our own modern in-house powder coating line specifically designed for finishing HVAC and ductwork components.
We work with premium polymer powders following the international RAL catalogue. This guarantees precise color matching and a perfectly uniform coating on everything from small dampers and grilles to large ventilation plenum boxes.
We offer the complete RAL color spectrum with gloss, semi-gloss, matte, or textured finishes, fully matching the design concepts of your architectural project.
Every part coated at our Silistra facility goes through three rigorous stages of treatment to ensure decades of surface durability:
Degreasing, cleaning, and chemical phosphating of the metals. This removes all traces of dust, oil, and oxides, ensuring excellent paint adhesion.
Dry polymer powder is sprayed using specialized corona guns. The charged powder particles wrap around and cling uniformly to the grounded metal part.
Parts are transferred to a curing oven at high temperatures (180°C - 200°C) for 15-20 minutes. The powder melts, flows, and cures into a tough, seamless protective layer.
Powder coating is crucial for exterior elements of ventilation systems (such as exhaust cowls, louvers, and roof hoods) that face constant rain, snow, UV rays, and extreme temperature fluctuations. The thickness and flexibility of our polymer coating protect the steel substrate from scratches, chipping, and rust. Contact ClimaDistribution for high-durability, premium-coated HVAC components!
